Program: Patrizia Ferreira is a fiber artist who is serious about recycling many varied materials into works of art. Her embroidered faces are a wonder of creativity. She will join us via Zoom to share her outlook, her journey, and her methods.
Workshop: We will create a unique-to-you zippered project bag that is perfect for transporting your handwork to our guild meetings. Prior to the day, each of you will conference with Kennette to determine what image you want to stitch and what sort of alphabet you want for your name. On the day of the workshop, you will learn how to transfer your design and start stitching.
Supply List:
Bring: small scissors , embroidery needle, threads, and any lighting or accessories you desire. There are so many options for the bag - size, shape, and color, that you will also be responsible for ordering the bag in advance. Information about that will be sent prior to this meeting.
